ANALOGEON is built around the idea that great analog design does not need to be replaced to remain relevant. The goal is to preserve proven signal paths and the engineering heritage behind them, while evolving the way the equipment is controlled, recalled, compared and integrated into a modern studio.
ANALOGEON combines analog with eon, suggesting analog engineering with enduring relevance. This connects directly to TIMELESS ANALOG. EVOLVED.: preserve what has stood the test of time, and evolve its control, usability and studio integration.
ANALOGEON draws inspiration from the engineering heritage of leading professional-audio manufacturers such as Neumann, BFE, ANT, NTP and others. The focus is on carrying forward proven ideas and design values rather than reproducing vintage equipment for nostalgia alone.
Where analog processing is the reason the equipment is desirable, the audio path stays analog. Digital technology is used around the signal path to improve control, recall, grouping, feedback and repeatability.
Products are conceived as serious studio instruments: tactile, serviceable, measurable and designed for repeatable use in real production environments.
ANALOGEON focuses on high-end studio signal processing where analog circuitry and modern control can complement each other. Current and future products are centred around equalization, filtering, dynamics and related analog processing, with digital assistance used to improve speed, recall and integration without replacing the analog core.
Musical tone shaping, filtering and broad or focused correction remain rooted in analog circuitry and direct hardware interaction.
Dynamics processing is part of the broader product direction: analog gain control combined with modern operating logic, recall and comparison.
Memories, presets, grouping, status feedback and digitally assisted control make analog hardware easier to use across tracking, mixing and mastering sessions.
The ANALOGEON design approach is deliberately selective: analog where the circuit defines the sound and behaviour; digital where it improves usability, repeatability and confidence.
The W5091R is a four-channel digitally controlled analog equalizer built around original Neumann W5091 modules. Neumann is known for uncompromising design and component selection — qualities reflected in the W5091R's low noise and distortion figures and close channel-to-channel matching. ANALOGEON adds grouped operation, live A/B/C memories, preset recall and modern status feedback to this classic analog equalizer architecture.
Four channels, high-pass and low-pass filtering, three bandpass sections per channel, grouped operation and recallable memories — all built around an analog audio path.
